I like to control the Tower and Ground in training server and even have about 2000 operations…
One very famous airport is EGLL where people do whatever they wish to, pushing back to the other directions than what was cleared, entering runway without clearance, Obstructing runways and flying into each other.
I understand that that’s why it is called training server but it won’t be any good if you’re not getting any better.

Well there isn’t much you can do about it, and quite honestly expert server also sometimes lacks realism. The only difference is you can be reported. Training server is a mix of the two, you have people doing whatever they want and sometimes people trying to be realistic. Speaking of, the callsigns you have in your profile are also reportable 
Due to it being the training server, ATC do not have the ability to report pilots for their actions, the only violations possible are level 1 violations, however level 2/3 are possible. If the situation gets too severe, you could request a mod to join and sort it out.
To add on, if these same pilots join the ES without any proper training, trust mes they’ll realize
To be honest, the real thing starts on the Expert Server… as you can see, training server is not as professional as it should be.
However, you can challenge yourself and practice your flying and communications before you join the Expert Server

That is right, but mostly controlling in training server is more frustrating than fun, in my opinion
I’m not sure about training server, but on expert server you can be reported for having an inappropriate callsign.
Yes, there are rules regarding callsigns, nothing inappropriate (for the ES atleast…)
I almost got reported for having D-IDDY as my callsign, changed it though
