Did they remove all the different pilot voices in the new update? Since the new update I do not see the African voices anymore.. Just the normal western voices…

Yes in this update they did now there are more Voices than the previous Update where there were only 5 voices now in this update there are more voices now. You can get more voices by going to Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Voices and also for android follow @BennyBoy_Alpha

25.1.4 reworked the way voices work on iOS and Android. You may need to redownload more voices in your device’s settings to have more appear in-app.
Android:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Text to speech output > Install voice data
iOS:
Settings > Accessibility > Voice Over > Speech > Voice

I am using a tablet and this settings for text to speech does not exist on the Samsung Tab… Why was it changed though? Because earlier there were Nigerian voices and all and now it is all gone… Usually, I selected the voice based on country within the app but now with the new update that is gone.

I have the same problem. I cannot make that change using Samsung Tab A9+
