Pilot Transmissions are Nonsensical

This is sort of hard to explain, especially since I can’t really upload a screenshot. When I was taxiing at ORD earlier today, there was a really odd glitch where the pilot responding to an ATC transmission appeared to repeat words within the message. The text looked fine. An example is “United 123 is holding holding short of runway runway X.” Does anyone have any clue what’s going on?

you can upload the screenshot of the message, by going the logs then the reply of that flight, and there will be this messages shown in reply.

You try and let me know :)

The thing is that the text seems fine. The transmission appears totally normal, it’s just the audio that’s repeating itself.

Not the same issue.
What the OP describing is words being repeated.
What you’re describing is a known issue when certain “names” are being inaccurately assigned :)

Oh sorry, I thought they were all the same.

I actually experienced this, I thought I was going crazy. I heard on Unicom (airport name) traffic, and then instead of the callsign it was the airport name.

Or would this be described as the same thing above?

No. That is the other, known issue I mentioned in my reply above.
