Pilot messages sometimes not showing in their exclusive messages despite being shown in all messages

As seen in the image, I am able to see the pilot’s message in the display in the bottom right, but not in the display where it shows only his messages.

I’ve experienced this issue on tower and ground a few times too.

I’ve seen this issue on tower when an aircraft initially calls in. They’re heard, and can be seen by clicking on them, but not on the public log.

Most likely a Challenger, 747, or 787
