Picking a Long Haul Route

I need your guys help for a long haul choice
Should I tonight Fly from New York to Seoul on the Korean A380 or should I do London to Tokyo on the British Airways B787-9.

Do JFK to LEMD or ENGM on Norwegian 787. I love that Route. Takes 6-8 hours.

I am not doing that I’m waiting for the Iberia A350 to be released as it is used on JFK to MAD.
Plus I was planing on Doing LAX to LEMD Norwegian 787.
