So when I want to upload a picture to the forum it processes for a very long time. Then when I retry it processes and uploads at the same time.

Processing takes a few moments for me, but the greatest question of all time is what connection are you using (cellular or WiFI), and is how long has this been happening for?

It doesn’t seem to be a noticeable issue for me. I’m not 100% sure of the cause for issue you are experiencing - if you’re uploading various different images. All I can suggest at the moment is being patient when uploading the images, and I’m sure a community Admin will be able to check the upload speed of images here if needed and more users experience this.
It seems your WiFi connection is good, so should not be affected by your connection.

Try logging out and logging back in and then try uploading.
If that doesn’t work, try clearing your browser cache? It works sometimes.
