Phone change result

Hello, I will be changing my phone soon. How can I log in to my subscription account after changing my phone? We would be happy if you could write an answer about this :smiling_face:.

To use your account and subscription on a different device that is either using a different platform (iOS or Android), or different account in the store - you need to have your account connected to a Community profile.

In order to connect your account with the subscription, to your Community profile - please see below:

This is done from the device where you have access to your subscription, by tapping the profile icon in the top left, then the cogwheel in the top left and tap the “Connect” button for the “Community Forum account” and then enter your Community credentials.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to use your account and subscription from any device using the most recent version of Infinite Flight by simply signing in with your Community credentials.

Once you get your new device:

  • Tap “GET PRO” in the top left.
  • On the popup that appears, click “More Options” > “Sign in with Infinite Flight”
  • You will then be able to login using your account details from the Infinite Flight Community Forum.

This will search for an active subscription (if your subscription has expired then you will need to select a payment option to continue).
