That’s not a user. (Well it is but not like player users)

That star by the name that you see? It means it’s a staff plane. There’s many of them parked all over the world. I never did learn why but from what I’ve seen, it’s either an airport editor plane, or a new spot that’s gonna be tested on later for future updates and such. Some are Parked for months on end.
