Persistent Multiplayer Connection Issues Despite Active Subscription

Hi Infinite Flight team,

I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue connecting to the multiplayer server for several days now. While I do have an active subscription (successfully renewed on June 19th), the app is unable to establish a full connection to multiplayer. I can see other aircraft on the main menu and access the ATC/event tabs, so some connectivity seems to exist—but once I try to join any multiplayer session, it simply doesn’t connect.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • DNS change (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4)
  • Disabled Game Turbo and battery optimizations
  • Restarted router and phone
  • Tested both Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot
  • Fully uninstalled and reinstalled Infinite Flight
  • Verified permissions and background data usage
  • Confirmed account login and subscription status

Device: Redmi 10
MIUI: Up to date
Account: Subscription active and confirmed (next renewal July 19th)

This issue appeared shortly after an unsuccessful payment attempt (due to insufficient funds), which has since been resolved with a successful renewal. Additionally, there was a temporary internet disconnection at home, now also resolved.

Everything on my end appears to be working, yet the app won’t connect to the server. I’d appreciate it if you could check whether there’s any account flag or routing issue that might be causing this.

Hello Rafael!
you are disconnecting from only multiplayer server or also other servers like global server , API services etc etc?

Yes, just the Multiplayer, everything else you mention is fine

Okay when next time it happens just do aeroplane mode on and off and wait for a minute.
Do you import flight plans? Manually or from simbrief?
