Hi Team,
I am writing to report serious, recurring ATC communication and frequency connection issues that have been happening consistently across my flights since the latest app update.
I am encountering one or more of the following issues on almost every flight:
1.Ground to Tower Handoff Failure: When requested to switch from Ground to Tower, the connection gets stuck or fails to tune, leaving me unable to contact Tower for takeoff clearance.
2.“Ghost” Frequency Sticking: Even after receiving a “Good day” transmission and leaving the airport’s airspace radius, the frequency remains locked on Tower. I continue hearing airport transmissions and cannot disconnect from the frequency.
- Inbound Contact Failure: When approaching a destination airport, attempting to contact Approach, Tower, or Ground fails. The transmissions either do not register, or the radio goes completely silent while frequencies show as active.
Because these issues prevent me from responding to ATC commands in active airspace, I am frequently forced to quit my flights on the Expert Server to avoid receiving automated or manual violations for non-compliance.
This issue appears to be related to the backend ATC frequency handshake/stream since the recent update. Could you please look into this or advise on a fix?
