Hello all! Today I went to a special event called aviation day at PDX! Here are some of my highlights from the day. I did a little bit of spotting too!

I especially like your cockpit shots. Have to admit didn’t know the creature on the winglet, resulting in me learning: “Porgs were designed to disguise the plethora of puffins that called the filming location home.”

Very jealous that you have the opportunity to go to events like this, where I live there was once a WC-130J (96-5301) and a couple of helicopters I got to go inside of like 10 years ago, nothing like it ever happened again sadly.

Can’t wait til I hopefully visit some of these events in the US in July this summer.
