I want to buy a yearly Live+ subscription, I already saw that you can buy it with an iTunes card, but can you buy with the Play card, too?

I’m pretty sure you can.
That’s only with card, alipay and bitcoin.
You can buy everything that uses google with a google card.
You can use a Google play card in the app. It worked for me
