Today when I was preparing for a flight I noticed that the app was showing that I had no active subscription. I had to sign into flyingdevstudio.com and reset my password. I was required to used caps, lower case and a special character. I have my subscription access now. I wasn’t sure if anyone else knew or had come across this.
So your issue is resolved, you just aren’t sure why you had to reset your password? Sure you just didn’t forget it? ;)

No, my password was the same as my email. I should have mentioned that including the special character is a new requirement. I was just wanting to alert other users.
