Part of the Concorde will work again!

Fans of supersonic aircraft may be happy. The British Aerospace Museum “Aerospace Bristol” is currently refurbishing the Concorde. At least part of it: The hydraulics of the retractable aviator nose should be functional again until April 9, 2019, the 50th anniversary of the British maiden flight of the Concorde.

Until april 9th, or from april 9th?

They want it fully functional in time for the 50th anniversary, well short of the save Concorde plan to fly it in 2019.

Something interesting is that aircraft G-BOAF was the last ever one to fly in the world and it is now placed a few meters from where it was built.
