there are 30 gates but you can only spawn at 10

Your best bet is going to be is to contact an IF airport editor and request that edit, do not ask me, as I am not one.
Thanks for the report. The airport was edited quite a while ago and it looks like it is not up-to-date in terms of the entire layout.
We’ll look into this and address the issue as soon as possible.

It looks like the wrong version was uploaded. I have restored the airport to its correct file, and it should appear in game after the next scenery push.
