I paid for a new subscription after taking a short break due to financial issues. I then renewed and an error message showed up saying transaction failed. I then went back to the servers and tried to go on but was told I didn’t have a subscription even though I have a receipt and money has gone out of my account. Is there any way to fix this issue?
Paid for new subscription but it went to an account associated with device which isn't mine. How to switch over/refund?
