I welcome you to the pacific Island Hopper event. In this event we’re gonna fly a Multistop flight from Honolulu to Guam. You definitely want the pilot seat there, so attention, because we are heading to an absolute beautiful and scenic airport together. Fasten your seatbelt and let’s go!
Aviation geeks call it “the holy grail of flight routes.” For contractors it’s one of the world’s most picturesque commutes, while for islanders across the region it’s a lifeline.
Welcome aboard United Airlines 154, the Island Hopper, a Boeing 737-800 from Honolulu to Guam (and vice versa) which connects seven islands in a truly unique 16-hour flight, four times weekly
This year marks half a century since the route was first flown. Back in 1968 Continental Micronesia was the carrier, starting a service to connect the remote communities across the vast Micronesia region of the Western Pacific.
Since IF players prefer professional ATC I would first leave it like that, EXCEPT there aren’t many attendees. Don’t worry, I have an Idea. How to farm landings is easy. Once I did over 80 in one day. First takeoff in an Airport with parallel runways (I prefer EDDF) in Casual server. I highly recommend using the XCub. As soon as you lift up, turn sharp and land on the other runway. Touch the runway and lift up instantly. It counts as landing. Now turn sharp to the other runway back and repeat. You can make 20 landings in 20 minutes. The landings don’t have to be butter, just don’t crash.
You should make circles with touching the runways like this:
There are still 19 days left until first route, and you can start today. 49 landings left, so even if you only did 3 landings a day, it should be enough.
Tip
There is a option where you can see your amount of landings in you status bar
