2 plane crashes in the last month. 😥😥
My city, wow. :/ Hopefully the pilot survives.
Word … He died. Divers found his body in the Hudson River, close to the New Bergen Shoreline.
Aviation is having a bad time… That makes 5 plane crashes that made headlines this year.
That’s actually not even close to the actual number. It’s more like 20.
Oh no😪This is obviously not good✈️⚫️
Sorry for the pilot…hope he’s okay…but…I guess you could call this…a blast from the past?
Again another Hudson river crash this time the pilot wasn’t so lucky
Just heard about this about 2 hours ago too
The poor guy died…
At least he died while doing what he loved: flying ✈️
I actually saw the p-47 moments before it crashed
My condolences to him. Hope he rest in peace
I wonder if there must have been an issue with control-continuity. Those P-47’s have so much wing-area, I would imagine it to be difficult to perform anything other than a “controlled” landing.
Based on the quick video I’ve seen, It didn’t look to be too hard of an impact; the aircraft didn’t appear to breakup.
We’ll see what NTSB has to say about it…
I take back my previous pun…god, I feel terrible now. Poor guy.
This is so sad… Hopefully he will rest in peace
Did anyone survive
No, the pilot perished… RIP to him for he has died whilst doing something he loves (I assume)
But did any passenger survive
