I recommend using paint.net for painting the liveries.

No website dedicated to producing 737 liveries, unfortunately. There are several 3rd party apps however.
You need an app that support PSD files to make your designs. Those apps include: Pixelmator for iOS, Pixelmator and Adobe Photoshop for MAC, and Adobe Photoshop , Paint.net and GIMP for Windows PC/Laptop. A free alternative for iOS would be Autodesk Sketchbook , but users find it difficult to use so it’s not something we recommend.
