Nice to see the EK 777s get some love! They may not be as glamorous as the A380s nor as new as the A350, but they provide outstanding service to every continent Emirates flies to.

Disney is a huge draw for tourists, and Emirates specializes in bringing travelers from one part of the world to the other through Dubai, in some cases coughcough Air India coughcough exceeding some countries’ long-haul routes operated from there by their flag carrier. Plus, Miami slots don’t come easy.

My friend flew that route IRL once, I think they flew business class and he said that he really enjoyed it (he’s a bit of an avgeek too)

I also find that their 777’s whether it be the LR or -300, serve much more unique routes than the A380

Yup. São Paulo and Montreal being a couple long-haul ones for the -LR. Those mostly don’t leave South Asia, do they?
The penultimate photo was the best, how did you take it? I was curious, she looked beautiful.
