Unfortunately, this is not a bug and instead a new feature where older replays are no longer compatible with newer versions due to server changes

Yes, it is quite unfortunate, but it’s something to not for the future. With each major update, old replays will not be forward compatible, so finding some way to keep or save wanted replays before updating would be key
Can i play it on an older device with old version of IF
It would need to be on the same version as the replay to work.
