OTHH Airport Not Appearing

I arrived at OTHH 2 times, But the airport didn’t appear for both the times, I think there is some problem with OTHH Airport

Hi! Can you confirm you’ve attempted to clear your scenery cache when this occurs?

In app settings → general → scroll to the very bottom and clear scenery cache

I already did that before doing the second flight, Before first flight I didn’t

Yes yes I been having the same issue arriving there

Have you tried restarting the app and/or restarting your device?

Yeah Same I had the same for both the times and its disappointing to have this after 12-13 hour Long Haul flight🥲😅

It fixed after I restarted the app but it’s frustrating after an long haul flight arriving there and the airport is not loading

Try changing your graphics settings and then resetting them back to the way they were before, seems to have worked for someone who tried the steps above but did not fix anything.

Yeah I thought It would fix after restarting the app but it didn’t,I started my second flight an hour later

This is happening to me too quite often recently. i fix it by either clearing scenery cache or by leaving the flight and re joining (only if im at gate)

Yeah this happens oftenly with me too, IF needs to find a solution for it it’s kinda disappointing after a long haul flight, Happened with me today Morning too at VABB, Please help @schyllberg or any other staff

This has happened to me at OTHH, RKSI and KDFW in the past two days. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that resolved it. That’s the only troubleshooting step that changed anything. Prior to un- and reinstalling, I cleared the scenery cache, made sure the app was the newest version from the App Store, made sure all my settings were right as far as Anti-Aliasing, rendering, frame rate, Show Airport Names, etc. I also restarted my iPad, made sure I had enough memory (more than half remaining), no other apps running, I force restarted my iPad… let’s just say I tried everything I seasoned IF and iPad user would try. None of those steps changed anything. Only un- and reinstalling helped. I hope YOU don’t have to take it that far. Best of luck!
