In the old update before global came out I bought Locations, and they seem to not be able to use only with pro, I spent money on the locations!!
And you can still use them. It has to be in solo though.
You can still use them only In solo though and some were removed because of low satellite imagery quality.
Singapore was the only one to be removed. And it was free.
