My old account seems to not transfer to my new device after logging in with Google or Apple. I downloaded the app from the App Store but it seemed to just drop down from the Cloud to the new iPad. Now the app won’t open on the older device, it crashes right when I launch it.
A window comes up after trying to open the new account and states the account never ran on this device before after clicking to accept terms. How can this be resolved?
