Unfortunately, as outlined in the topic below, Infinite Flight or its editors are not taking requests to give certain airports 3D buildings.
In addition to that, the selection process for airports in Infinite Flight is made by a select group of volunteers who may edit any airport in the world. This is further detailed in a post that Jason has made, which you can read through the link below.
