ATC Procedures
Speed and altitude restrictions for GA aircraft on the published arrival will be strictly enforced.
Approach control may provide radar vectors to the initial arrival waypoint to join the visual arrival. “Resume own navigation” implies the pilot should continue visually along the published route.
During peak times approach control may vector aircraft off the visual arrival for resequence or holding. Speed and altitude restrictions still apply unless assigned an alternative speed or altitude.
Following a handoff to Oshkosh tower, tower will assign the landing runway and sequence.
All arrivals should maintain visual contact with the traffic they’re following at all times.
GA aircraft may land simultaneously on the same runway provided a safe distance is being maintained at all times. All aircraft should exit the runway expeditiously, whether on a taxiway or in the grass.
