I’m not sure why this is at other airports like HAAB and OOMS, but not at KLAX. If you’ve looked at FR24 at KLAX recently, you’d know that KLAX is redoing their runways, resulting in frequent runway closures for months at a time. Currently, 24R is closed, yet some IFATC controllers still have it listed as active and in use for arrivals. Having a NOTAM here will make the flying experience at KLAX more accurate for both controllers, and pilots.
