We’ve received reports of startup crashes after installing the app.
We have yet to isolate the issue. It seems to span across multiple device types.
None at this time, except for one user who managed to launch the app after updating to iOS 11.2 after having restarted multiple times.
How you can help:
Since we have not isolated the issue, we ask that everyone impacted try anything they can to isolate a solution/cause. First thing to try is to uninstall the app, restart, then install any pending updates, then reinstall the app.
