Hey, I haven’t played the game in a while. When I joined back with my subscription and tried to play on the expert server, I couldn’t see the planes or the AR support like other players. I also checked the settings and plane count, but it still didn’t work.
Turn on “Automatic load planes over cellular data” then turn on cellular data

It downloads the texture resources of other Planes in multiplayer so you can see them
Automatic Airplane downloads over cellular data option in settings

Exit out IF and come back to the airport in the server type, like casual, training or expert.
