About an hour ago I was at KLAX on TS1 trying to get clearance for pushback. Everyone else was getting their clearance within 10-15 seconds, and I never got mine at all, so after 5 minutes I just ended the flight. Is the right call in this situation to wait and sit there, request again, or just pushback?

Simple Answer: It’s just the Training Server. But I recommend requesting pushback every once in about 20 or more seconds, so you don’t annoy ATC.

Like Nate said, most controllers on the Training Server have little to no experience, if you fly on expert server this will never happen ;).

During peak times, pushback clearance may take a little bit of time on any server. Wait a minute or two, and try again. If nothing changes, try restarting the app or checking your internet connection. Good luck!

Its ts1, what do you expect. Especially at KLAX, where it is total mayhem 99.9999% percent of the time.
