Ah…that problem…decline this option…can you see whats on it?
What you can do in such case is:
Backup via ICloud
Pair your ipad with iTunes and erase and setup as new
Restore your ipad via iCloud
iCloud is full
Man, you don’t make it any easier…
Download your pictures manually on your pc
In iCloud settings delete photo
Have more space than continue like i said
I know I have a lot of important things on it

Do you have enough space on your iPad? AS sometimes it doesn’t notice you don’t have engough space and tries and fails with no warning like your picture.
