Not hearing IF Assitant

Hi,
I using IF on my Galaxy Note 9 and just upgraded my tablet to a Samsung Tab S4.

I use IF Assitant on the Note 9 and everything is working well. I installed IF and IF Assitant on the tablet using the same settings but can’t hear the Assitant call outs or even initial HI CAPTAIN
any help would be appreciated

Did you select to allow IF Assistant on the IF app? Make sure that these two options below are clicked on and checked marked
