Not able to link account

Hello IFC. I am having trouble connecting my IFC account to all the flight tracking apps. When I go into the apps it says im a guest and It won’t show my name. I still have my account and everything but its not connecting to the flight tracking apps. Hopefully someone can help!

You need to have your IFC account connected to Infinite Flight for it to show your name in the trackers…

Or am I misunderstanding.

It is connected to my Infinite flight. I have my account connected to Infinite flight but it doesnt show up on the trackers

Do you see your IFC username where I’ve highlighted?

Yes. My username is there and it says im connected to IFC

Try checking if the option “setting → online → Show username in flight” is checked if not try to set it and try to see if it show your username into IF tracking apps
