I’m not able to hear ATC voice when the settings show the volume is full.

You could try while in flight to pause, go in to your settings, and change the voice. Sometimes that happens to me and this usually takes care of it. Given the situation I guess.

It happens to me sometimes, I just change the window on the cell phone and then turn back to infinite flight and it fixes.
