I am not able to get IF back as I have already paid for it on other devices although it is the same number and email. Also I have paid a couple of times already if there is a solution to get it back please can I know, thank you
Is the new device the same OS as the old one? Android to Android for example?
Please try the following steps:
- Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
- Restart your device
- Open Infinite Flight
- Tap “Fly Online!”
It’s was android to iOS and we transferred everything including games but IF didn’t transfer and it isn’t available to ready download in the App Store.
Are you using the same google or facebook login between old and new devices?
Same iCloud because I managed to get iCloud in android
You will need to re-purchase the app from the App store on the new apple device.

Oh ok. I will repurchase although I already a have purchased a lot.
In addition to repurchasing the app from the app store on the new device, individual purchases made in one store do not transfer to the other. (non-pro Planes & regions)
If you have a Pro subscription the subscription is linked to your google or facebook infinite flight login.
