I think a fresh installation of the app might be a good idea in this case.
Remove it from your iPad, restart the iPad and then download it again from App Store.
I just completed that, but now my 777-300 does not show up as purchased wven though i restored in app purchases

You should be fine downloading it none the less. App Store should recognize you having purchased it before and not charge you.
