If it’s not there, it’s not there.
That is a custom callsign. You have to be very important to get one. It is unavailable.

Or still have the same call sign since October 2018. (That is when they did away with the custom call sign thing)

You sure? I think its way before that
No because I joined the IF live program in September 2018 and I remember having my call sign as ‘Brody’ for about a month with the system pronouncing it how it looks.
You most likely did that change before on the account, because it was waaay before 2018 we changed that :)
