Whats weird is we have the planes to go international and fly long routes but Well its blocked so i think flying int would be good for non pro users and some more aircraft for non pro Thank you.
That wont happen because it costs money to run the simulator, and it costs to pay the developers, 3d artists, etc.
What is free is free.
This would completely defeat the purpose of free regions. Believe me, I’d fully support the idea if I didn’t understand how the simulator works.
To put it simply—it’s just not going to happen. Right now, the devs are focused on reworking and adding new aircraft to the sim, and improving the overall experience. New features like Autopilot+ are a great example of what they’re actively working on. The recent poll between the 767 and 787 also shows they plan to continue reworking and rolling out new aircraft. (I still think the 767 should’ve won—but that’s a whole different conversation.)
Back when I wasn’t a PRO subscriber, here’s what I used to do: I’d take off for an international flight—say, a Qantas flight from KSFO to YSSY. I’d depart from KSFO, climb to cruising altitude, and once I exited the free region, I’d end the flight. Then I’d go to my destination airport and spawn on final approach.
Is it perfect? Absolutely not. But it gets the point across if that’s what you’re trying to do.
Honestly, though, I highly recommend giving a PRO subscription a try—even just for a month. Hope this helps, welcome to the community, and best of luck with your future flight sim adventures!
The whole purpose of free regions/a limited selection of planes is to give the user a “taste” of what you can get if you purchase the subscription.
Additionally, you can rent an aircraft out for 24 hours (for only $0.99), and have multiplayer privileges. I’d do this if you really want to try out infinite flight.
That’s actually smart
