Matches range, but has a significantly higher weight than the A350-900. A350-900 is a really good plane. And I’m a Boeing person.
It’s pretty ugly, and folding wings do nothing for it. So what if it carries more weight, I’m with the A350.
In my wyes it’s a 773 but bigger and with wing tip
Nothing for it IMO. Yeah it means it can taxi without scratching the windows of the terminals but it is just weird IMO.
Every wingtip / winglet that has been created, has a purpose for the good of the aircraft.
Not to mention, a 777 with winglets looks beautiful.

Not saying it doesn’t IRL, but it dosen’t make it any nicer IMO.

It only has them so it can fit into today’s 77W airports and not just a380 airports.
It has increased range - that’s brilliant, but there’s only so long my body can take sitting in one single plane seat.
