There is no sound in IF. Even if I delete the app and download it again

If there’s no sound in Infinite Flight even after reinstalling the app, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check the in-game settings – Go to Settings > Audio and make sure the volume sliders aren’t at zero.
  2. Check the iPad’s volume & mute switch – Make sure your volume is up and Silent Mode (if using AssistiveTouch) is off.
  3. Restart your iPad – A simple restart can sometimes fix audio issues.
  4. Check Bluetooth & AirPlay settings – If connected to a Bluetooth device, try disconnecting it and using the iPad’s speakers.
  5. Make sure system sounds are working – Try playing audio from another app (YouTube, Music, etc.) to confirm the issue is only with Infinite Flight.
  6. Reset settings – Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset All Settings (this won’t delete your data but resets system settings).

First check this option:

If the bell is red, the audio has been muted.

If that’s not the issue, try triggering Siri.
That usually brings back the audio on iPad models with the M1 chip, like the Air 5 and Pro 5th gen.

Just had a similar issue on ATC. Was around 20 min in to the session and the voice commands stopped, but the engine sounds were still present..

That’s not the same issue as having no sound at all.
Try rebooting the device.
