No Sound during gameplay in iPad Pro

Hi

I just bought an iPad pro, specifically to enjoy Infinite Flight, but there is no sound, I did all basic troubleshooting.
However, it works in my AirPods. Can anyone please help me?

Have you ensured your device isn’t on mute?

It should be like this if it’s off. It’s the bell symbol
