As title said and you can refer to the video. When I touched ok several times, there is no response. I am not sure whether it is the issue from my pad or apps? I am wondering whether someone faced same issue?
Device: iPad 2021
Operating system:
iPadOS 18.3.2
It seems I cannot upload the video? Is there any way to do so?

Regarding your issue, have you tried interacting with other parts of the UI in the same general area of the screen. Is that area of the screen responsive in other applications?
Yes. Same parts on other apps operated normally don’t have issue.

Have you tried restarting your device? Maybe it’s just frozen.
Also the device area above is for the exact model of iPad lol. Example: 2022 12 inch iPad
