No Pro Subscription


I already have a subscription to the service. Please help!

I bought a 1 year subscription.

Pro? Or live+? It might be a bug

Live+ before the update.

I am not sure then. Try uninstaling the app and restarting your device

try restarting your phone, app and also make sure that you have a good internet connection. Do those things and get back to us.

Also, please make sure that you are logging in using the same credentials as the ones you used to create the account (subscription). Oh, and also, when did you buy your live + subscription?
