I have a problem with Infinite Flight saying I don’t have a pro subscription even though I played the game only a few hours (5 hours) before I saw the issue. Please help because I ain’t happy!

If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:
- Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
- Restart your device
- Open Infinite Flight
- Tap “Fly Online!”
If you’re unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above please try the following:
- Uninstall Infinite Flight from your device
- Restart your device
- Install Infinite Flight from the store again
- Tap “Fly online!”.
The app should then display the account that holds your subscription based on the information found on your store account.
Nothing works! Is there any way to see if there was a purchase or disturbance on my account.

It seems like Play Store is having some issues completing your renewal.
It was due to renew on January 20th and has made several attempts completing it since, but the status is stuck in “Payment pending”.
Make sure that there are funds available on the selected payment method and it should reappear once Play Store is able to complete the transaction.
Okay I think I know why the payment didn’t get though, but then how was I able to play a few hours before that.
Because Google offers a grace period for a few days. Counting from January 20th.
