I play on IPhone 13 Pro Max and I have the display of airplanes in multiplayer mode very high, but no plane appears, sometimes I see only one, but no more.
Can you confirm that you are on the new servers. If you have the update you should have access to them.

Well, I thought so, because I updated the simulator recently, but I just checked that there is a new update. I will try again to see if the problem persists.

What airports do you go to? You might be visiting a less popular airport.

I usually start at EGLL London Heathrow
Can you see white squares at the airport or aircraft icons on the map.

Yes, all that does appear to me, what does not appear to me are the 3D planes, I mean those of other players. Even if they are close, they do not appear, they are invisible.
Are you on WiFi or mobile network?
No, I’m not connected to WI FI, I’m using Mobile Network
Does it work on Wi-Fi/another network?
Can you make sure the option: Automatically download airplanes under mobile network or something along those lines.
Also, I’m going to look for it right now but some mobile operators are not supported/do not work well with IF.

I can’t check it right now, I won’t be home for another 2 days, and anyway my subscription ends today. But I’ll try it when I’m back.
