I don’t seem to have an option at any airport or any gate to choose which door I want my jet bridge to connect to. It always shows me the option for L1, but never shows me the option for L2 when I have a widebody at the gate. Is it because only certain airports have this option or is it a glitch? I have the latest version of app.

This is a well reported bug with single-jetbridge gates. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon.
