No Oceanic Tracks

I have changed my standard iPad to the iPad Pro, version 16.6 now I have no oceanic tracks showing up on TS or Expert, everything else seems fine,can you help?

Hello! The oceanic tracks have expired. New ones should be online in about 30 minutes.

Seems like Oceanic Tracks are still down, they did come back for a while.
