I spawned in Pyongyang Sunan (ZKPY) where ATC was available, but there was no ground frequency. I got sent an on-guard message to contact this mysterious frequency but it does not show up.
What should I do?

Yes I have.
One thing I’ve noticed is that when I look at the frequencies available for ZKPY in the ‘Air Traffic Control’ section, there is no Ground listed. Only Pyongyang Tower and Approach.

Okay, I figured it out.
Turns out my application didn’t update as my phone didn’t have enough storage 🤦♂️
It now appears. Thank you everyone who tried to help :)
