Pilot: “N241DK Ready for pushback”
Ground: “Expect pushback in 10 minutes, N241DK”
Or maybe
Ground/Tower: “Attention all aircraft, airport is busy. Hold Position”
Or pilots would actually be quiet when you tell them to hold short. That could work too you know…
It’ll just make crowded airports more crowded. Then planes arriving later in an active airport’s day have to wait longer than the planes that spawned in before him/her. People who arrive towards the end of an active airport’s day might have to wait… a long time.
