Im currently on my 10 hour journey inside hurricane Helene, this had been happening after 24.3 but when someone sends something to ATC, i dont hear their callsign.
(For example: Miami International Traffic, Miami international Traffic is on final for 28L)
It bassically repeats the airport insteaf of callsign
